Besma came to us with a vision: to reimagine and elevate her brand, Ivy Clinic — a well-respected name in skin and wellness based in London.
She knew it was time for a fresh chapter, and we stepped in to bring that to life — from a full rebrand to a beautiful, intuitive new website.
Ivy Clinic had a strong foundation, but it needed a refreshed identity that truly reflected the expert care, elegance, and innovation that Besma brings to her clients. This wasn’t just about aesthetics — it was about telling the story of transformation, self-care, and confidence through every detail of the brand experience.
We began with discovery: diving deep into the clinic’s ethos, its clientele, and the emotional journey it offers. It was clear that Ivy Clinic wasn’t just a wellness space — it was a sanctuary. And so, our creative direction needed to evoke calm, trust, and sophistication while staying modern and aspirational.
From there, we carefully redesigned the brand identity — reworking the logo, refining the tone of voice, curating a soft and elegant colour palette, and developing a visual language that would feel just as luxurious and welcoming as stepping through Ivy’s doors.
Finally, we brought the digital experience to life. The new Ivy Clinic website guides users with ease, warmth, and clarity — helping them discover treatments, learn about Besma’s expertise, and book with confidence.
For us, this project wasn’t just about design — it was about capturing the essence of a business built on care, results, and trust. We’re proud to have helped Besma bring Ivy Clinic into its next era.
